This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The worst customer service ever. Nothing but a bunch of lying indians. I purchased there broadband, plugged it in and it does not work but was told that they are sorry but I can not have my money back. The person actually said if the product does not work, find someone to fix it. This company is owned by Leap Communications in San Diego and I suggest everybody call that company and complain. I am calling the company and I will not settle for being ripped off. I was also told it is the company policy not to give refunds. We will see about that!!! read full review »
