This complaint is about the illegal foreclosure of my mothers residential property and the deceptive & illegal practices of HomEq, Ocwen, & MERS.
The residence is located in San Bernardino County. There is no question about it that my mother was victimized by a predatory loan, deceptive lending practices, MERS shenanigans (buying, selling, transferring of her property), illegal foreclosure of her home, and now the alleged "auctioning" of her property (Stealing of her home).
