I currently have a data contract with MTN. My usual bill is R197. In August I was suddenly billed R1200. I am in the process of disputing this invoice and was asked to fill in a 'Request for Access to Record of Private Body' form. I needed assistance with filling in the form, and visited the MTN store in Somerset Mall, where I spoke to Fahim.
