On the 7th of September 2009 I contacted Momentum Health via email requesting to speak to a consultant to clear up some problems. A day later I receive an email back asking for my membership number, which I supply them with on the same day. Then 3 days later (11th Sept) I mail them again reminding them that I still exist and have had no response from them yet.
