I was excited to receive my very first spa treatment voucher and decided to use it on my birthday. I made a booking for 2 treatments at Camelot Spa Saxonwold, after learning from head office that the branch is 1 of the best to be pampered at. I read on the disclaimer that you may not be late for your treatment and made sure I arrived 20 minutes early. In short, here are my complaints: 1.
