I have never in my life (and that's a while) received such shocking service before. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent and lacks honourability and integrity. If I was a person looking for a alarm system to be installed, knowing what I know now, I would look somewhere else. The call center and Sales people are great BUT the installation department are hopeless. Getting through to any of the management team is more difficult than getting through to the State President. Shocking that such a large business can operate like this. Last chance to see if the MD will contct me. read full review »
