I have had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with Lululemon. I was given a gift card as a gift that was invalid when I tried to use it. It appears it had never been activated. The store where the card was purchased said it was an error but there was nothing they could do unless I could prove I purchased it. How often do you give someone a gift card and a receipt? NEVER!
