My daughter enrolled in Bowen after school care (BASCP) program this May. We have paid two months of tuition total $1386+$75(registration fee) months before the first day of school. Then our family financial situation changed for the worse due to unemployment. Therefore we concluded that we could not afford to send our child to the program.
