This is now the third time I visit the Big Bay branch before 11am. (they open at 9am) and want to order a milkshake but, it seems that at this time of the day there is always some excuse why milkshakes are not available. This morning I was told 'the machine is currently on heat mode'. Does this mean I can order a hot chocolate instead?? If milkshakes are only available at certain times of the day, please put some notices up.
