My husband and I have been MTN customers for +- 10 years, we've never had any problems with our cel phones untill recently.I have a Sony Ericsson W910i (upgrade Oct 2008) and my husband a Blackberry (upgrade Jul 2009).My W910i switches on and off on its own and the phone just freezes +- 4 times a day, which results in me having to take out the battery to restart the phone.
