I've open 2 cell phone contract for my kids received the phones and waited 2 weeks for the sim cards to be activated. After several phone calls and visiting the Fochille & Carletonville stores no satisfaction. After I lost my temper they start doing something about it the 1 contract was activated 24 August with 25 sms (The package was 200 sms) the 2nd phone was activate 26 August with the 200 sms. Again I phoned Nita in Fochville she will look into the problem and phone me back. Again I need to phone and ask her what is happening... read full review »
