My daughter enrolled in BASCP program this May. We have paid two month tuition total $1386+$75(registration fee) months ahead of school start date. Then our family financial situation is changed due to unemployment, we can not afford the program. We discussed this with the program director over the phone on August 30th, 2010. We gave the BASCP two months notice, so BASCP can find a replacement during these two months.
