My debit order to cell c was returned unpaid due to lack of funds. I borrowed money from a relative to pay outstanding emergency medical. She paid it into my account. One day after money was received into my account, cell c took the money out of the account on Saturday 19th of September 2009. Now I can not pay the emergency medical bill. How did cell c know the money was there? Are debit orders not supposed to go off on the specified dates? I am furious. Cell C is the worst company to deal with in South-Africa.
