Two weeks ago i applied for a vodacom contract via vodacom direct, two days later I got a response saying that my application has been approved and that a consultant would contact me within another two days. The email also stipulated that should no one make contact within the two days i should email [Hidden Web Address] which i did, still no response. I then tried calling the contact number 0861123123 and after holding for ten minutes, for each of the five times i called, no one answered. I have no idea who to speak to or who to contact and I am unbelievably frustrated!!! read full review »
