Dear Sirs, I am life time customer with Idea 9824124276, since 03/06/2006. For this they had charged me Rs 1100/- and informed that incoming calls will never be stalled, only outgoing calls will be stalled if there is no credit. (1) When I returned from abroad on 27/08/2010, I had no connection. (2) I visited Idea office on 28/08/2010 and I was informed to leave phone with some one in India for making call once in a month.
