On September 10, 2010 at 10:30pm at the Taco Bell located in Memphis, Tennessee at the corner of Mendenhall and Knight Arnold. An employee of this Franchise location was smoking Marijuana outside the establishment door. He was standing outside the enter door on an employee break. This seems normal to this young man. He didn't even try to hide his drugs from the customers inside the store nor outside either. It was very clear that a drug test is not conducting when hiring employee.
