This is just to follow-up my complaint earlier. The standard charge is only 15 or 20 dollars for every 500 USD or 1000. In some countries like Singapore and China (Hong Kong) are even lower. I sent 400 USD to Philippines, I was charged $40 USD (more or less) plus I lost some amount for exchanging twice from USD to Rupiah, then from Rupiah to USD. Is that fair?
