For a real treat rent a car from Budget and then wait to see waht they add to your credit card bill. After a 2 week rental we were dinged for a $1 toll charge plus a $20 "convenience" charge for supposedly using the eToll device that is mounted in the car. We never activated the device. Apparently there is no way to turn off the device so you have to hope it does not activate as you get near a toll plaza.
