THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!!! I have been dealing with this company since August. First they put you in a really crappy hotel instead of the one you actually booked (which of course as far as they are concerned is your fault; then on the flights to wherever you are going, you are not even guaranteed to sit next to each other (we did not on either flight); then when you file a complaint, they have someone call you and then the run-around begins. Just spoke to Bookit's customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! As soon as this company gets your credit card number for booking; you might as well bend over and get ready for the obvious; because that is what is going to happen. When myself and two other people had booked the Great Parnassus in Cancun, and all three of us ended up in the Hotetur Beach Paradise, it was more than a coincidence. I booked a vacation through this disappointing company. I booked the Great Parnassus in Cancun; only to be put in the Hotetur Beach Paradise instead. What a disappointment. This was a much older hotel; complete with mold; lack of entertainment there; and while the service was excellent; the food was not the best. This was an all inclusive hotel, that offerred two resturants; one buffet style; and one where you needed to make reservations.
