I order a dining room table on 8.7.2010. The table was back ordered till September 8th, After not wanting to wait I went back to the store and told them I wanted to cancel my order, it was back order so I did not have the table after contacting my sales person so he could question me on why, this took a good 15 minutes to locate him. Then they told me I had to wait for a manager 30 to 40 minutes later a manager comes up and questions me on why I want to cancel my order. I said it was back ordered and I no longer wanted it.
