McAfee sent me an upgrade via automatic update and (a) suddenly I was using a product with a completely different look and feel (b) I no longer appeared to have an option to examine event logs (a major step backwards) and (c) my Windows Vista Ultimate system continually freezes. Why should anyone pay for upgrades that do this sort of thing? After a lot of attempts to resolve the problem, I finally uninstalled McAfee Security Centre while using safe mode and my computer started working perfectly.
