I am writing on behalf of two elderly neighbours who had a mattress delivered (cost: £35.00) on Saturday, September 11 at approximately 1430hrs. The young man who delivered the mattress (from Teddington branch) was asked if he could take the old unwanted mattress downstairs (flat) to the garage. The delivery man flatly refused to assist my neighbours, one of whom has cancer and the other has difficulty walking and couldn't possibly drag a mattress down a flight of stairs.
