Dear Tea, We are using a Blackberry 8900. Every 10-15 days Mail got problems and everytime we need to call several times to Customer Care and delete service book. Reconfiguring the a/c. All the process takes 2-3 days.. This leads to business loss. I need a route cause of the problem and permanent solution.
