I have been in touch with this branch several times in the last few months and still have had no service or help at all. The receptionist takes an obnoxious and sarcastic tone, when I try to explain our situation. In her infinate wisdon she tells me I need to come in to the branch personally to update these details, knowing full well that I am overseas. My problem is that I need to change my customer profile details, so I can receive my OTP whilst in Australia.
