Worst mortgage company ever to work with. They say they are a direct lender, they are not. They are just a marketing company/broker. It's been two months now since I sent in my application and don't even know what's going on. They first said I was FHA approved at 4.25/4.7% (INT/APR), then changed their story and said they wanted 40% down on a 200k loan.
