I boarded a yellow taxi with the car plate number HB7736 at mid valley South Court Menara IGB. Once i boarded the cab, i tried to look for the meter to ensure that the taxi driver has on the meter. However, i noted that the meter was covered and so i politely asked the driver if meter was on. He then pull aside the cloth which was blocking the meter. To my shock, the meter shown RM3.20.
