These people rang our business and claimed they had been supplying printer cartridges for us in the past. They got a new person who believed them, and she asked for another 12 of our usual cartridges. When the invoice arrived we discovered that: - we had never dealt with these people before; - instead of our usual $27 per cartridge, they were demanding $79 for exactly the same item; - when questioned about the price, they claim their product was a special high yield product which would last longer.
