QUICK to respond, but total lack in following up with the query at hand. I logged a complaint 3 days ago they phone me the next day and say theyll report back to me that same day its now 2 days later and still nothing not even an email to stat they are busy with the request for my Data Usage for the current month. I know they havent yet built the program or section to allow customers to view thier data usage online, but when im told theyll get back to me and never do, it makes you wonder what the hell is going on there and if they even care... read full review »
