In June I submitted a complaint regarding this branch of KFC. I was contacted by a customer service agent, who dealt with my complaint. The agent assured me that I would receive a written response, detailing how my complaint would be dealt with. Three months later, I am still waiting. Absolutely pathetic KFC!! read full review »
