On the 240909 I called 808 to enquire aboout the balance due on the account. the balance was unaccaptably high and i wanted to know why. I had recently taken a new contract on the 31 August 2009 and it is a R139 top up contract. My other contract has a bill limit of R40 after the free minutes have been used up.
