Now they have to "investigate" with their "reseller"? Never heard of a reseller. I hope they refund my money, this is definitely a scam. You can never speak to anyone directly. BUYER BEWARE! If you call the number you get a recording. I don't have their address. Their support phone gives you a recording which you will never hear back from them. You can not reply to this email either. ROYAL SOFTWARE IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THEM.
