I just received my credit card statement. It has been TWO months since I returned my camera battery (they sent the wrong one and then admitted that it was wrong after MUCH wrangling) and told me I could return it. So I immediately boxed it and returned it (I am now out postage both ways) AND evidently the price of a battery as they have had nearly two months to credit my credit card or send a refund and they have done neither. Consumers warning: do not do business with Sony - they also go by the name of Vaio --please be aware. read full review »
