I purchased a pay as you go phone from phones4u on 12/9/10 as a gift for my girlfriend. Unfortunately it was not the phone she wanted so i took it back to the shop the next day only to be told, for the first time that they cant do refunds in the store so i would have to call the customer services department and they would sort it out for me.
