I've been on hold for the past 3 hours because some *** customer service employee could not help me get my modem to work. He told me to hold so that he can transfer me to some other tech support. Still have not heard from anyone. Once in a while I'll hear the same guy sucking on the same *** lollipop that he was sucking on when I first talked to him. I am so *** pissed right now. F'ing CenturyLink customer support. I'm still going to keep holding, then once I talk to someone, I better get a month of free internet service... read full review »
