I went on www.buybarkoff.com to get the by 1 for 9.99 and get one free plus shipping and handling . I upgraded to the deluxe so I could get the adapter, but I never received an adapter. I would have not upgraded in the first place if I knew the adapter was separate. The website is very deceptive and does not allow you to go back to review your purchase. The fact that the credit card information has to be put in first should be a tip off. I called customer service and complained and they claim to be giving me a $15 refund back on my credit card.
