We had dish Network for a few months when had to move and transfer service. Come to find out our apartment did not allow Dish Network, so we cancelled it and sent the equipment back. That's when the night mare started. They told us what we owed and we agreed on a payment arangement. But when we called to make a payment they said we owe nothing, that we had a credit to our account.
