Will never purchase from again. They refused to answer my question when I asked about their refund and before that kept giving me the round around on how thing operate that wasn't specified in their procedures. If you get free shipping you're not reimbursed for shipping if you don't like their shoes, and now, I'm stuck with shoes I don't want anymore. Thankfully, I've found a shop that sell many of the shoes they sell. The good part is that I can return my shoes without pricey shipping.
