It is over two weeks now that I had made a complaint about the deteriorating quality of Debonairs pizza to the manager of the Rondebosch branch and made the same complaint through email to their customer centre. About a week ago, I made a complaint on Hellopeter.com and somebody from Debonairs replied to my complaint saying that somebody would get in touch with me. Somebody is still to get in touch with me regarding the whole issue. This behaviour from Debonairs clearly show that they do not care about customer complaints. I am now more and more convinced that I will never step into Debonairs again due to their bad service. read full review »
