When I joined Massage Envy's service, I was verbally told that the membership lasted one year. During that first year of service, I had a difficult time using all of my appointments. When I went in for an appointment in April 2010, about a month before the service was up, they told me that I had several appointments backed up and that they were about to expire with my contract.
