Ok, I have battled for 2 years with my Sony Ericsson K800. It went in and out of repairs for my whole contract period. BUT stupid me thought it was a faulty model. However, nothing ever got fixed, and eventually I just went a bought a new phone. Anyhow, I just upgraded my contract 2 months ago, which means I've had my new Sony Ericsson W995 for 2 months, and already it isn't working anymore. It's not even just faulty, I cant use it at all.
