I won the scooter as a prize in October of 2008. I received the scooter and a certificate of origin. I went online in November of 2008 to www.rightwayatv.com/msorequest.cfm and filled out the form so I could get the title. After several months and no title, I went online again and couldnt even find the website. I have been to the Colorado DMV to see if I could get a title and they said that my certificate of origin didn't even look right. So now I have a scooter that I cant license.
