I ordered testing preparation materials for the Postal Exam from an ad in the employment newspaper. I paid $129.50 to Testing Authority Inc. on 11-20-08 and they sent me Postal Study Guide Materials with electronic access. After a few months with the materials, none of the toll free numbers or computer website were working. I would like for this company to be prosecuted to the maximum that the law will allow. I would also like a full refund, because this is a fraud/scam. read full review »
