On October 24, 2008, I was scheduled for the installation of my Direct TV HD services with activation of my new account. To my surprise, when I came home that day I noticed that my Charter Communications (broadband internet services) had been completely removed. The installing technician took it upon himself, without asking permission first, to completely yank the coaxial cable installed by Charter, unpin it from the walls of my house and selfishly used the drilled port for his own line which had been lazily pinned outside of my house... read full review »
