I still wonder if a response I got from Vodacom's Representative through hellopeter it was just to hold my mouth. I expected a 24 hours feedback from the investigation as stated but no response to-date. This is absolute derailed service. It feels so unfair to treat a more than 10 years loyal customer. read full review »
