Dear Sir, I, Mr. Saleem.A.P, using etisalat prepaid connection: number:0503713113, had lost my phone with the sim card on transist from sharjah to cochin on 11-09-2010 between 10:00 PM and 12:30 Am(uae standard time).I humbly request you to block my account temperory for avoiding the misuse of the phone by the unauthorised.I would also request you to issue me a new sim with the same number .
