The end of July we talked to a loan officer at the Wells Fargo in Canton Ohio. One question we asked before we started is will we have to come up with a down payment. We was told no. We applied & it was sent to the main branch in Indepence Ohio. They told us we was approved at the beginning of Aug & we had to turn in some more info. So we turned it in.
