AcaiX3 customer service 800-311-4349, I just finished talking to a representative for the above company, follow their instructions when filling out your information. No punctuations, commas, periods, all lower case, no spaces. they sent me an email with my order number and information with a link to confirm, and a password all in capital letters, do not type in your password in capital letters, lower case only. I am still waiting for my conformation email stating they have actually canceled my subscription. In the mean time I canceled my credit card just to be on the safe side. read full review »
