I responded to an add with this company that promised tooth whitening gel and tray, and a tooth whitening pen with a blue light, The add directed me to a website that had Cindy Crawford as a representative and I placed the order which stated that they would send the items for free and I only has to pay shipping costs of $1.98 for the gel and $3.03 for the pen and light.
