NEVER HAVE I DEALT WITH SUCH A INCOMPETENT COMPANY..I have called the compant on many occasions non of which did I speak with someone in the United States. I today spoke with 7 cricket reps in 7 different countries. Not cities, countries. Non of which had the "authority to halp me." Cricket needs to bring the customer service back home and pull there heads out of the drain, which is where there horrble service is. Dont ever but cricket cell phones.
