I have a different outlook towards HDFC bank just before i went there Lajpat Nagar -2 branch in New delhi on 15th september 2010.Because its a second largest bank in Private sector in india. I just dreamed about the service get from the bank. But when i reached there, all the things were changed suddenly, allmost all the employees were insulted me as a person/cusomer.
